We will provide your company with a dedicated travel consultant based on your company's travel needs and expectations. Our office is more intimate than large agencies' which is why our internal communication plays a big role in how we operate as a cohesive travel team.

After Hours Service:

Our after hours service is staffed with agents who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They have access to all of our client's preferences. Our clients can rest assured that their travelers will never be left stranded as our after hours desk can assist in any travel emergency.

Customized Management Reporting:

Reports can be customized to fit your company's needs. These reports are useful in keeping track of your company's air volume and car/hotel usage as well as billing your clients.

Travelers have the capability of viewing itineraries on All staff is equipped with email access in order to email itineraries and various communications.

Travel Policy Enforcement:

MTS will assist or provide complete Travel Policy consultation and enforcement in order to control all travel costs.

We negotiate on your behalf with our partners in travel to secure the best deals available. And, because of our long-standing relationships with vendors, we are able to offer significant discounts to you. We can assist you in making practical and sound travel decisions. Air, hotel, car reservations, we do it all as we mirror your corporate travel policies at your request.

No Contractual Contract:

Our relationships with our clients are based on mutual consent. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with our services or we are not satisfied with the relationship, either party may terminate the agreement without any advance notice. We have never required any contractual commitments from our clients and rely solely on our reputation and our service. We are confident that our level of service speaks for itself.

Trial Period:

In our experience, the main reason that companies switch agencies is not just due to pricing or because one agency has a particular service over the other, the main issue is that many agencies no longer feel the need to provide high levels of service to their clients. Switching travel agencies is very time consuming for any company. Prior to mandating all of your travelers to utilize one agency, our recommendation to all of our potential clients is to first experiment with the agency you are considering with a couple of your travelers for feedback to assist you in this important decision making process.

Vendor Relationships:

Our close relationships with various airline carriers, hotels and car companies will allow us to negotiate with travel suppliers on your behalf to obtain the best available rates. We will recommend the best programs for you such as UA's Perk's Plus/Pass Plus program or AA's Business Extra program. Our vendors will also assist us with challenging situations such as fare waivers, preferred seating, upgrades, expired tickets, communications with service related issues, availability on route, etc.

Managing Credits:

When there are fully or partially unused tickets, they are deposited into our ticket credit file and are programmed into the traveler's personal profile for future use. Your travel consultant will always remind the traveler if a credit can be used towards another booking.

Canceling Non-refundable Tickets-No Penalty:

With on-line bookings, you are instantly committed to the sale without a way of reversing the transaction without heavy penalty. Our agency has the capability of voiding a ticket if it is issued within a 24 hour period with no penalty other than the service fee. This way you have the flexibility of a meeting date changes or another situation arises. This can save you at least $100 in penalty fees each time and possibly the difference in fare.

Hotel Penalty Fees:

With our presence and knowledge of the industry, we are able to have penalty fees waived from hotels in most situations. This could be an entire hotel night and in some instances, the entire stay.

Complimentary Hotel Upgrades:

With our hotel relationships, we are able to forward your travelers complimentary upgrades at specific properties.


All refunds will be processed within a week's time. MTS is also able to void a transaction on any non-refundable booking within a 24 hour period. Exchanges will be processed at time of ticketing.

International Services:

Our clients have access to our Emergency toll-free international bookings. MTS has all itineraries verified by an international rate desk for the lowest fares and most appropriate routes. Our knowledgeable agents have extensive international destination experience


For international travel, MTS will provide any assistance needed to obtain passports and visas through our partnership with Visa Network. The traveler also assumes consulate visa charges. MTS will charge a service fee for obtaining visas or passports.
